COP 21

In decision 1/CP.21, the commitments from all actors are recognized, including those launched through the Lima–Paris Action Agenda, as well as the urgent need to scale up the global response to climate change and support greater ambition from governments. Parties also recognized the value of having climate champions to ensure a durable connection between the Convention and the many voluntary and collaborative actions. In Paris they decided that two high-level champions shall be appointed representing the current COP Presidency and the incoming COP Presidency, turning into practice an initiative that saw climate champions from Peru, France and Morocco help pave the way for success in Paris.

My private research on plastic and CO2:

I am extremely concerned about subject of waste and apparent plastic recycling (chemical, etc.) and, more specifically, incineration. I think they should define approximately four types of packaging plastic that are single-layer and sorted by type, where no other option is possible for technical reasons plastic best choice , and mankind should ban the rest unless it consists of self-degradable plastic made from renewable materials now and not build by petrol.

Next up is COP 30 Brazil on the Paris Climate Agreement. We urgently need another agreement on plastic, etc., waste, and dumping in the oceans. In addition to certain algae, seaweed fields such as moors can apparently store or convert a great deal of CO2. Seagrass mats (lay them down!) improve flora and fauna without land loss, as is the case with rewetted moors.Protect rainforests and other forests . All four options must be done.Maybee we can take out Co2 useing technique.But I think its probably expensive and not effective enough to press it in the soil etc.I think controlled nature seeweed ,wood,certain algae are cheap and more effective. as far as I know..

I myself wanted to become a chemist until I was 16, with the biggest chemistry set (Kosmos), until I almost blew up the house I made plastic from milk oeco casein myself… Here is my research from the internet at scientiffic sources about alternative plastic materials:

Galalith has similar physical properties to many plastics that have been in use since the 20th century, but it is biodegradable. Bioplastics such as galalith could help reduce the environmental impact of the production and disposal of petroleum-based plastics.

Special biodegradable polymers that can decompose under the influence of microorganisms. Examples of polymers include those made from starch, sugar cane, etc., including polylactic acid (PLA) and polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHAs).

“Bio” plastics raise false hopes
It sounds promising: so-called “bio” plastics, which are made from renewable raw materials and simply rot away instead of polluting nature. Unfortunately, however, such biodegradable or “bio-based” plastics are not automatically sustainable.

The “bio” label is often misused as a marketing strategy and raises false expectations among consumers. “Bio” plastics are currently only a pseudo-solution to the plastic crisis. The first goal in response to the plastic crisis is and remains the avoidance of unnecessary

Bio-based plastics? Land is limited!
Let’s take a closer look at the bio-plastic bag: it is often made from renewable raw materials such as corn starch. The term “renewable raw materials” conjures up the illusion that these are unlimited resources. This is a misconception. The production of plant-based raw materials consumes soil, fertilizer, and often pesticides.

On the one hand, there is a risk of competition for land with food production and, on the other hand, the conversion of extensively used land to intensively used land. Disposable tableware, for example, is often made from sugar cane. Given the current high demand and unfair land distribution in Brazil, its cultivation is leading to a wave of conversions of former cattle pastures into intensively used monocultures by a few large corporations. This has serious negative consequences for the indigenous population, the local environment, and the climate.

Biodegradable plastics? Composting is disposal!
Furthermore, a considerable amount of energy is required to produce “bio” plastic bags, for example. This energy is completely lost during composting. No plant nutrients are produced either. Decomposition is therefore purely a form of disposal. “Bio” plastic also leads to the continuous production of new disposable products.

In addition, “bio” plastic bags are not actually composted in practice because they take too long to decompose in composting plants. In organic waste, they are almost indistinguishable from conventional plastic bags, so they are sorted out and incinerated. This is absolutely not “bio,” but rather a destruction of resources and a waste of energy. Furthermore, the existing standards for the degradation of biodegradable plastics tolerate residual microplastic particles and do not sufficiently take into account the possible negative toxicological effects of the chemicals they contain on humans and the environment.

Similar poor ecological balance to conventional plastic
In principle, today’s bio-based plastics do not have a better ecological balance than conventional plastics. “Bio” plastics contain just as many unknown and sometimes harmful chemicals as conventional plastics, meaning that composting or general littering in the environment poses risks to humans and the environment.

There is currently no material recycling for chemically novel “bio” plastics, as this is not profitable. Manufacturers should therefore limit themselves to a few different types in the future. Chemically identical “drop-in polymers” can already be recycled in plants today.

Single-use plastic stands for a throwaway culture – a rethink is needed!
Half of all “bio” plastic production is used for disposable packaging – so there’s a lot of potential for savings here. The idea that “bio” plastic can simply be thrown away because it will rot anyway promotes a throwaway and wasteful culture. However, waste prevention and environmental protection begin with avoiding unnecessary products and packaging.

For high-quality, durable applications where the use of plastics makes sense, “bio” plastics can be a good alternative. Otherwise, the following applies, especially to packaging: Only uniform reusable and “unpackaged” products represent real climate and resource protection.

Cause Methan gas is 3 times more effective / dangerous as Co2 but away in about 10 years in athomosphere this is a second important lever to change situation dynamically.Therefore I propose a second tax on methan polution severe punishment and whole co2 management as analogon inclusively.This could be a game changer…

I think its a good idea to try to filter out riseing methan gasses for different use in big animal farms if they are not outside to filter / waiting what they produce before you put it on the fields forced by international law.Maybee this can reduce the amout of Methan polution by agriculture effectively with acceptable costs.

Zur Realisierung von Kabeln möchte ich zwei Aspekte beitragen: Druck und Temperatur ist meiner Auffassung nach im Phsysikalischen Massstab möglicherweise äquivalent.Das heisst hier unter extremen Unterdruck Verhältnissen zB einem absoluten könnte die Sprung Temperatur des Effekts erheblich höher sein als unter Normalbesdingungen etwa hohem Druck der in Objekten gewöhlich Wärme Bildung bewirkt und Vakuum wahrscheinlich Abkühlung.Ein deratiges Vakuum ist aber vergleichsweise dauerhaft zwischen Kabelummantellung und supraleitendem keramischem Materials des Strom Fernleitkabels herstellbar.Ich rege an dieses auszutesten.Das ist es wert..Meiner Auffassung nach beruht der Keramische Supraleitungseffekt der an sich gegenüber Metallen eher weniger zu erwarten war sogar möglicherweise mit wesentlich höherer Sprungtemperatur ursächlich auf der verringerten Dichte des Materials.Also macht es Sinn die Dichte gezielt bewusst zu gestalten und Materialien weiter dahingehend zu optimieren zumindest die Auswirkungen von Vakuum gegenüber grosssem Dreuck auf die Sprungtemperaturen zu testen. Meine zumindest im Jahre 2023 nun erhöhte sachliche Kompetenz beruht auf Fach Standard Büchern und den gesamten Physik Vorlesungen Garching Tum von Prof .Ulrich Walter.Um an den grossen Vereinigungstheorien etc mitzuwirken fehlt mir aber immernoch sachliche Kompetenz auch wenn ich stark daran zweifele dass die wichtigen Zusammenhänge trotz mathematischer Möglichkeit erkannt wurden. 

Erster Kern dieser meiner Theorie ist dass die Energie die beim Big Bang frei wurde auf jeder Ebene durch Schwingung also als kinetische Energie  gespeichert wurde und sich die Materie erst dadurch manifestiert.Ich sehe diese Ebenen bei rotierenden Objekten wie Galaxien,Sternhaufen,Planetensystemen,Planeten,Monden,Elektronen um Neutronen und Protonen,den Elektronen Schalen .Dies ist sicherlich gemäss der Quantentheorie Max Planks etc  nicht linear sondern gequantelt also in Körnung aber kein Gegenargument.

Die fortgeschrittene Physik hält dieser meiner Auffassung entgegen ( Prof Harald Lesch hält mich offenbar für eine Art Flacherdler und nicht für extrem lernbegierig und fähig … ) Die geschlossenen Superstrings knüpfen an dem sogenannten Calibi Jau Space an der drei Löcher hätte woraus drei Teilchenklassen resultieren.Der Calibi Jau space wiederum benötigt insgesamt 10 Dimensionen und eigentlich noch eine 11te um auch die Schwerkraft Gravitation noch mathematisch zu beschreiben.Von diesen 11 Dimensionen die Voraussetztung für diese Mathematisch konsistente Möglichkeit wären sind die Dimensionen Höhe Breite Tiefe und Zeit entwickelt.Die andern für mich Variable wären eingerollt und unterentwickelt und hätten keinerlei Eigenschaften wie eben Höhe Breite Tiefe Zeit.Hauptargument gegen meine Annahme ist dass diese eingerollten Dimensionen eingentlich keine Schwingung ausführen,es sich also hier nur ich glaube nach der Renormierungstheorie um einen Trick handelt um weiterrechnen zu können also eine Singularität ( Unendlichkeit ) vermeiden zu können weil dann die Mathematik ihren Geist aufgibt.Der Calibi Jau Space knüpfe an jedem Punkt im Raum an wäre aber gewissermassen eine eigene Welt und nicht die mit unseren 4 Dimensionen. Ich lerne das Ganze vollständig vom Stande M-Super String Theorie  halte aber die Berechnungen für komplizierte Zwischenergebnisse ohne taugliches Modell.Vielleicht schwingen die Superstrings ja doch voll und speichern die Enenergie des Urknalls woraus sich die Materie im Kleinsten manifestiert nach den Regeln des Standardmodells im gut bestätigten Teilchenzoo.Nach der Vertiefung meiner Kenntnisse  ist die Energie des Urknalls zusätzlich dadurch gespeichert dass aus Nichts Teilchen und Antiteilchen getrennt wurden.Beides existierte vorher nicht und ist gespeicherte Energie auch wenn diesbezüglich nichts schwingt.Das ist wohl gleichrangig der Schöpfungsakt als Mechanik.Höchst interessant fand ich dass die Mesonen Anti Teilchen und Teilchen sind die sofort bei fast grösster  Energie Freisetzung  zerrstrahlen aber lange genung existieren um die Existenz unserer Welt zu bewirken.In die Richtung meiner Bewegungs Schwingungs Auffassung geht für mich dass die Bindungen bzw Bindungsenergien nach neuster Information so realisiert sind dass gemäss der Quantentheorie selbst Protonen und Neutronen und viele andere Teilchen  ihre Rolle so schnell tauschen das die Teilchen oft Teil zweier Systeme sind.

• Forbitting to cut wood without planting is a step.

• Brown coal Torf is good in the garden nowhere else.Its a crime against earth otherwise. Its our duty to stop it without risking revolutions in a social way.They need other possibilities like Columbia with drugs and finally legal flowers. Its our duty to help where help is needed.
• In some cases it seems that battery way is better more efficient way in comparrison to h2 directly on private level.But please keep in mind the overal ecological calculation.produceing batteries is not rather ecological….Please compare in evry case the whole system and the whole problem.Then Nuke energy is incredibly expensive in the long run and a high risk in high density population regions of earth.Another view makes no sense its only manipulation.
• I heard that I guess blue and green ALGAE were cangeing our weather in history produceing biggest part of our oxygene eating a lot of CO2 lowering the temperatures.Some ALGAE brown ones are dangerous.Some are a real solution concerning hunger on earth like those the Japanese use for their Sushi.Those plants are growing much faster than almost evrything on soil much more efficient.Do it Do it Do it.My only problem.This is a dangerous level like genes technology.Mankind cannot understand whole interdependecies on earth.Best is to get the most important elements of the model and the basical mechanics.We have to do it in a way that alows us a roll back ,stoping or changeing in large scale.We must protect this against next catastrophee made by mankind. I think we should do this in large scale but step by step wait and see and as much controlled as possible tools to get rid of this in the verry need inclusively.Its affecting whole planet.We have to do as much as useful. • We have speeded the problem by just in time globalisation production and delivering since the 80s and outsourcing produceing where there are no ecological laws etc. Not all interdependencies are uesful.But some are now superpowers dying not for hunger anymore as result realy developed.Laws must affect whole production line also in foreign countries and continents.

• More than half of the energy of a produced car is outside cover carrosserie.This takes a huge amount of energy.Its enough to produce steel for engine etc but not for outside of a car.This can be done with Harz polymere plastics with less weight if you develop a recyclabel polymere.A new type should be reorganiced as granulate ,pressed in new forms at a temperature of about 300 degrees celsius for example.This is enough.As basic material you can use also artificial green oil.Forbid normal carosseries made of coal etc produced steel and waste.

• We need protection taxes for goods produced along reasonable responsible economical standards to move other regions forward if they want to get in in developed markets
• Charcoal energy plants have to be filtered concerning Co2 at least by law and reduced at first brown coal then black charcoal.

a) In der Macroökonomie ist die Diskusion, ob nun konservativer Neo Liberalismus a la Adam Smith im freien Spiel der Kräfte ,in dem sich langfristig Alles über das Zusammentreffen von Angebot und Nachfrage auf den Märkten u nd die Preisbildung regelt oder sozialistisch demokratischer Neo Keynsianismus zutrifft ,der unter anderem meinte, es gäbe Arbeitslosen Plateaus, die eben nicht über das freie Spiel der Kräfte verschwinden wie ,wir es heute zb in den neuen deutschen Bundesländern der ehenmaligen DDR erleben und man müsse antizyklisch ,wie dies auch in der westdeutschen Verfassung GG gefordert ist in guten Zeiten auf Staatsebene sparen ,um in schlechten Zeiten aktiv mit Finanzmitteln ,die Konjunktur und den Arbeitsmarkt zu beleben, von Parteilichkeit und Klienteltreue der politischen Parteien geprägt.Der richtige antizyklische Neo Keynes Ansatz bedeutet nicht, wie in Arbeiter und Gewerkschafts Kreisen gewöhlich vereinfachend gefordert, Geld ,das nicht verdient wurde ,das es also eigentlich nicht gibt ,trotzdem auf Pump einfach den Beschäftigten per Lohnerhöhung zu geben,da dies doch die Kaufkraft verstärken und damit die Konjunktur an kurbeln würde.Staatliche Investitionen in den Konsumbereich also den Geldbeutel des kleinen Mannes sind hierbei wenig effizient,da sie den Wirtschaftsmotor nicht tangieren.Vielmehr gehen Sie zu oberflächlich als Strohfeuer verloren.Auch Steuersenkungen nach dem Gieskannenprinzip für den Verbraucher sind eher nicht langfristig für den Wirtschaftskreislauf bedeutsam.Im Gegenteil : Da es dieses Geld im Bruttoinnlandsprodukt nicht erwirtschaftet ist, erhöhen sich dann relativ schnell inflationär alle Preise und der Geldschein ist alsbald etsprechend weniger wert,es sei denn es wurde jedes Vertrauen in die Geldwertstabiltät verspielt.Dann geht der Wert Limes gegen Null.Keynes bezog sich richtiger Weise auf den Staat und Geld das verdient wurde und vom Staat zurückgelegt wurde.Das freie Spiel der Kräfte a la Adam Smith wie in konservativen und Wirtschafts Kreisen standardmässig mit dem Ruf nach weniger Staat und weniger Unternehmensbelastung gepaart, ist natürlich gut für die Gewinnmargen und die Überlebensaussichten von jungen Unternehmen die aber auch finanzierte Starthilfe benötigen.Der blosse Markt respektiert aber nicht infrastrukturelle Investitionen und kulturelle sowie soziale Werte, für die der Staat unter Wahrnehmung der langfristigen Interessen aller Bürger im Sinne des Gemeinwohls einzustehen hat.Hier hat der Staat Steuern finanziert zu wirken.Sinnvoll sind wie nachfolgend noch weiter ausgeführt gezielte staatliche Investitionen in neue innovative Unternehmen und Unternehmensgründungen,innovative Produkt orientierte und Grundlagen Forschung,Ausbildung und Bildung sowie notwendige Infrastrukturen und Umschulungs Massnahmen.Derartige neo keysianische Politik ist nicht falsch und schon gar nicht ruinös.Auch dieses Geld kommt beim Bürger an.Aber es durchläuft den Wirtschaftskreislauf und entspricht real geschaffenen Werten wodurch sich das eingesetzte Kapital fruchtbringend und zwar mehr als auf einem Bankkonto als investition verzinst.Leider hat diese Wahrheit noch keine Lobby.Vollbeschäftigung ist überwiegend ein wirtschaftliches Nachfrageproblem abhängig vom Florieren der Wirtschaft.Es ist aber auch ein Konkurenz,Flexibilitäts ,Qualifizierungs und,Arbeitspreisproblem im Spannungsfeld mit sozialen Werten denen ein niedriger gesetzlicher Mindestlohn ,wie ihn die Franzosen mit dem SMIC kennen insbesondere Rechnung trägt.Im modernen Monetarismus ist Vollbeschäftigung auch ein Finanzierungsproblem der Kreditwirtschaft gegenüber den Unternehmen,wobei die Konjunktur und die Geldwertstabilität durch den Zinssatz für Kredite bedingt über die Staatsbanken, wie die der Eu steuerbar ist.

b) Die wirtschaftliche Nachfrage wird zum einen durch die globale und zum andern durch die lokale Konjunkturlage bestimmt.Diese Konjunkturen lassen sich jedoch bedingt beeinflussen.Eine Verbilligung des Geldes im Monetarismus wirkt zwar langfristig inflationierend ,kurzfristig bei grundsätzlich stabilen vertrauensbegründenden Verhältnissen jedoch Nachfrage steigernd und Konjunktur belebend,da die Unternehmen und alsbald Konsumenten ihre investitionen leichter finanzieren können.Exportstarke gefestigte Ökonomien von gewissem Ansehen können anders als labile Währungsstandorte ihre Konjunktur beleben, indem sie ihre Währung mit Maß und Ziel im Außenwert bewusst ein wenig verfallen lassen,wenn sie unter einer zu harten Währung im Export leiden, also den Außenwert minimieren,nicht so sehr aber den Innenwert.Daher nicht über die Banknotenpresse.Sonst zahlt Alles der Sparer durch Inflationierung seiner Ersparnisse.Mir ist bewusst,dass die US Zinsen seit 2010 bereits auf Null sind also kaum weiterer Spielraum besteht um die Wirtschaft anzukurbeln.Counterfeet ist einer von drei von drei Gründen die oftmals satirisch angewandt die American security intellegence services berechtigen einzugreifen…bis Bill Clinton diese Berechtigung änderte.Ich nehme an meine Freundschaft mit Cousine Bill Clinton Brenda Brunner erfüllte für NSA / CIA ebenfalls dieses Eigriffsrecht zum Schutz der Präsidentenfamilie ( 1987 …) Europa hat mit der Forderung einfach Geld zu drucken verherende Erfahrungen gemacht.Geld ist nur ein Anstraktum bzgl des dahinterstehenden Wirtschatsproduktes bzw Wertes.Wird einseitig die Geldmenge stark vermehrt,verteilt sich am Markt der Kaufwert auf mehr Geldscheine,jedoch mit Zeitverzögerung.Das heisst Inflation und exakt ensprechenden Preisanstieg.Grundsätzlich bewertet die gesamte Finanzwelt eine derartige Politik als unseriös.Inverstitionen in einen deratigen Wirtschaftsraum wären wegen galloppierender Geldentwertung verbranntes Geld. Die Chance von Obama / Democrats liegt darin ,dass dieser Effekt mit Verzögerung eintritt.Wenn bis dahin der Wirtschafts und Finanz Motor ansprang hat er gewonnen.Der Zeitpunkt wo die Geldmenge wieder zu korrigieren ist um Kathastrophen zu vermeiden ist also miteingebaut.Ich hoffe dass dies nicht vergessen wird.Es empfielt sich die Finanzierung von antizyklischem Verhalten in Form von gezielten Investitionen über den Kreditmarkt bei echten Investitionen in die Infrastruktur.Wesentlich scheint mir, das die erwartete Verzinsung der Investition stets über der der Kredite liegt.Bei voller Markttransparenz wäre der Außenwert tendenziell sofort an den Innenwert gekoppelt.Eine starke Inneninflation wäre verheerend ,da dies zu sofortiger Kapitalflucht und Bankkonten Liquidierung führen würde.Daher muss prinzipiell an einer vorsichtigen relativ starken Zinspolitik und dem nahen Bekenntnis zu einer stabilen Währung festgehalten werden.Das Außenverhältnis ist bei den Maßnahmen vom Innenverhältnis so gut es geht zu trennen also auf eine geringe zulässige Innen Inflationsrate zu achten.Dabei sollte die Wachstumsrate stets größer als die Inflationsrate sein.Im Außenverhältnis haben Markt psychologische und politiche Erwartungen eine große Bedeutung wie auf dem Aktienmarkt.Der Effekt einer bewussten Schwächung des Aussenwertes der Währung im Massnahmenbündel ist Dumping.Wie im Kleinen auch darf dies aber keinesfalls in weltweiten ruinösen Wettbewerb ausarten.Erfahrungsgemäß wirft dies den Wirtschaftsmotor an.Mit wachsender Nachfrage sollte sich die Währung ,also die Preise nach außen wieder stabilisieren,so daß die Kosten des Dumpingverfahrens wieder eingefahren werden.Systeme mit schwacher labiler Währung ohne Ansehen sind bei gleichem Verfahren wohl umgehend pleite.Es handelt sich also um ein risikoreiches vorsichtiges,verdecktes Verfahren für Nationen ,die im Außenhandel unter ihrer zu harten Währung preislich leiden. Nie darf es zu einem Währungs Dumping Wettberb auf den Weltmätrkten zwischen den Währungsräumen kommen.So mein Rat an Bill Clinton 1993 via der Wirtschafts-Beauftragten des Münchner Amerikanischen Konsulates,die mich zu sich an den Starnberger See in das Hikory-Botschaftshaus “zufällig” per Studenten Service Schnelldienst München bestellte und mir sagte nun ist Bill Clinton sei nun an der Macht was er nun tun solle um die Wirtschaft wieder anzukurbeln und zu stabilisieren,wobei man mir während ich Blumenzwiebeln pflanzte auch mitteilte ich wäre nicht hier wenn man mich nicht nicht sehr gut kennen würde.Vorstellung / Ausbildungsnachweis überflüssig.Ich sprach von 30 Pfennigen,die Amerikaner verstanden für ihr grosses Land eine Mark.Der nach Bush senior Irak Krieg zahlungsunfähige amerikanische Staat war dann total saniert.USA erlebte die größte Wohlstandsperiode seiner gesamten Geschichte.Europa litt sehr,gewann jedoch durch die Boomphase Einiges zurück.Die Harward top Administration Clinton leistete erstklassige Arbeit.Verantwortlich für diesen Informationkanal war wohl das Brenda Brunner economics,nach ihrer Darstellung die tatsächlich ähnlich sehende Cousine Bill Clintons ( oder seine Nichte mit begrenztem Deutsch…) 1987 meine Freundin war und zu meinem Ausnahmeabitur München 87 sozusagen mein Abiturgeschenk mir am Abend nach Erhalt der positiven Nachricht In der Leopoldsrasse auf Höhe des Sciencetollogy Center dezent Popo schwingend untergejubelt wurde,worauf hin ich in Feierstimmung anbiss.Bill Clinton war seinerseits Jahrgangsbester Harwards mit Stipendium und Jazzer.Man hatte uns wohl verglichen,bzw Bill Clinton scheint garantiert zu haben in Respekt vor meiner Qualität und meiner Democrats SPD Ansicht wenngleich ich Sohn eines mir maximal 14 Tage bekannten Nazis bin.Beginnt in einer Großökonomie des Planeten ein Boom, so wirft dieser auch den Konjunkturmotor in angeschlossenen Ökonomien teuer und wenig effizient.Steuersenkungen zu Gunsten der Wirtschaft haben wirtschaftspolitisch etwas größeren Effekt
c) Eine funktionierende Ökonomie kann sich mehr Arbeitsplätze leisten als eine darniederliegende, weil nur prosperierende Unternehmen neue Kapazitäten brauchen und expandieren.Es ist also nicht nur auf den direkten Effekt für die Beschäftigung abzustellen.
d) Flexibilisierungsmaßnahmen hinsichtlich der Arbeitszeit den Maschinenlaufzeiten und maßvolle Lohnkorrekturen bewirken eine Vollauslastung von Maschinen und somit maximale Rentabilität so wie einen Beschäftigungsschub durch Schichtarbeit und Beschäftigung an bisher freien Tagen durch individuelle Verlagerung des Wochenend es
e) Ein Technologie freundliches Klima wirkt sich langfristig wohlstandsfördernd und industriealisierend aus
f) Hohe Effizienz und Verarbeitungsstandards,Qualitätsvorsprünge und ein vernünftiges konkurenzfähiges Preis Leistungsverhältnis service und Rentabilitätsmaximen schaffen langfristig Produkt und Standortvorteile
g) Sinnvoller sind statt Konsuminvestitionen strukturelle Investitionen in die Standortmodernisierung Unternehmensgründung und direkt produzierendeMaschinen,marktorientierte Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen und Umschulungen Produkt und Standortwerbung.Neue Hochtechnologie wirft zum einen den Wirtschaftsmotor insgesamt als Finanzierungsmaßnahme zum anderen aber durch daraus entstehende sinnvolle neue Proukte für die eine neue Nachfrage entsteht da sie ein Bedürfnis besser befriedigen oder billiger an.
h) Daher sind Investitionen in den Bildungsbereich und die Forschung langfristige Maß nahmen gegen strukturell bedingte Armut und Arbeitslosigkeit,denn Hochtechnologie und neue Produkte und geeignete Finzierungsmaßnahmen schaffen Arbeit.
i) Neue Produkte mit wesentlicher Neuheit als Problemlösung oder Bedürfnisbefriedigung schaffen Nachfrage also Verkaufsschübe.
j) Zudem strahlen derartige Produkte im Sinne der Werbung bzgl der Leistungsfähigkeitsbeurteilung einer Volkswirtschaft und eines Unternehmens aus
k) Praktisch anwendbares Know how und Bildung im naturwissenschaftlich technischen Bereich bewirkt in der Zukunft neue Produkte Wohlstand und Beschäftigung.
l) Förderung der Gründung von mittelständischen Betrieben bewirkt unmittelbare Beschäftigung
m) Da neue Podukte durch Erfinder und Forschung bewirkt werden sind Investitionen in diesen Bereich auch Investitionen in den Wohlstand der Zukunft.Schulungen des kreativen Elements wirken sich positiv auf die Produktpalette aus.Vereinfachungen und Verbilligungen im Patentwesen vereinfachen die Handelbarkeit.
n) Eine größere Risiko bereitschaft des Staates und der Banken wirkt sich Innovationsfreundlich aus.
o) Die Finanzierung von neuen Unternehmensgründungen mit guter Laufzeit schafft unmittelbar Arbeitsplätze.Große Expansionen sind insbesondere dann wahrscheinlich ,wenn ein neues Unterneh men an ein neues Produkt dem eine neue marktfähige Erfindung zu Grunde liegt,anknüpft.Ausser technischen Inovationen mit überlegenem Nutzwert zeigen vor Allem preiswerte Massengüter für die breite Masse wie Mc Donalds,Coka Cola,Ikea,Aldi,Microsoft,Red Bull,VW,SAP die schnellste und grösste Performance.
p) Wann gesunden Sie Ihre Volkswirtschaft !?

Where are the reasons for that cruel punishment ?

 
1) One reason for those condemnations seems to be the pedagogical effects for others( prevention in general ) But its not necessary to kill someone to reach that aim.In whole Europe there is no death penalty since second world war more or less.Following to Eu Charta this is also situation iu Russia,ukraine,Turkey,Israel and other memberes of 47 mrmbers of European council.A condemnation for lifetime is sufficient and cruel enough.That is what the crime rate of Europe can tell.
2) The second best argument is retalition,the jewish archaique givin g back what you have made to ballance a crime as an abstract thing by doing the same “an Eye for an eye”.But that is not the right way to balance a crime.Its much better to do something good in equal intensity to repair the dammage concerning law and victims and to educate the criminal! If the condemned works on his character during a condemnation for lifetime he can hope for mercy after 15 years in Germany!That is pedagogical called special prevention.Otherwise you have only a pedagogical effect only for the others called general prevention.
3) The third best argument is to minimize the costs caused by the criminal.But may a state decide what one life is worth in mo ney? He must not! “Jura non calculat!”(latin)That is not a honest argument of justice,law and order.This is an argument of hated primitive judge Lynch to save money and not acceptabl therefore
4) The forth best argument for the death penalty is that a person has an end for all the time witjhout any children.But do we have the right to end a person who has the same right without our state and before of any law,a person made by God and nature? In my view the society has the right to define a written law to protect its members and society.But it has certainly not the right to do more than necessary to protect themselves respecting human rights ! With prison for lifetime evry danger for a society is over.Therefore evrything more is a cruel forbidden use of law cause its not necessary as measure of justice and right.And which modern zivilised state of the first world has a death penalty today? Is that usual today? No! Almost no comparable state to USA apart from Japan has death penalty as measure of law today.Even within United States this is applicable only in 9 states and on US state level.Death penalty is cruel and unusual. Recently we saw how cruel death penalty measure can be even with new toxical sleeping cocktail.In that case it didn’t work properly.It went compltelly wrong.Cruel death needed 25 minutes and several kill tries like it was in the early 70ties with electric chair units.1972 that lead to a general stop for death penalty in all 51 staates and state level of USA by Supreme Court USA.Later a handful states tried other methods to avoid extraordinary cruelty like cyancaly gaschambers in Hitler’ways and finally this sleeping method. Therefore Amendment 8 of the American Constitution is still violated and therefore its forbitten in USA ! And apart from ill people there is a lot of signs and facts that the caracter of a person is not hereditary,but its intelligence and special intelligences like talents for 80 %! Then we must draw the conclusion that the same person is also made by society if something went wrong.Maybee the society gave no chance to use talents and intelligence at best for the society and personal honour,maybee it was a loose of education,wrong friends one wrong decision out of the blue in the Youth…Then we can’t make responsible the condamned criminal for his crime alone in standard cases ! It would be neccessary to kill also a part of ourselves for our part concerning a wrong way of life! Than its realy not allowed to take someones life away for our own mistakes by society! We should protect us but we should also try to make it better, giving what was needed to do a live within the law and to win a person for our societies with all his efforts as a honest working member.Especially we have to realize that the intelligent talented person,the strong person is in the wrong criminal hemisphere of society the most dangerous criminal ,but the best and the most useful for our society if he uses his forces in the good law hemisphere of society ! We should do all in our own interest to educate them to the right side,whenever its possible giving fair chances.That is the reasonable duty of a country concerning their child ren,their most important worth! And what is concerning sons never born of a killed wrong dealing person? The next generation has no crime if we do it right,avoiding heavy educational mistakes! It’s not hereditary on biological lvel.The person who has done an enourmous crime one time is maybee no danger at all for all future time if it was not his will in full consciousness and the drugabuser has maybee not a crime problem.His danger is maybee only caused by the drug!Then we should and we must heal them for our society!( special prevention )That is fair and more is not necessary.Its – PLAUSIBLE AND EQUIVALENT – plausible Than we shoulndt do more! I would say we have no right to do more faceing universe made by God.
5) The lastbest argument for a cruel punishment is simply hate following to the old antique jewish word “an eye for an eye a tooth for a tooth!” Hate concerning the criminal,his crimes….especially b y victims.But we all know : The victim is the worst judge!(apart from the accusated defendant )And “hate” is seldom a good advisor! We should understand ,but not follo w completely.He has a right to punish the criminal in a balanced human intensity.Its not the situation of a duell of two men fighting for their honour in a fair match! What’s about mistakes,pressure of the official opinions,hate manipulated senses,political manipulation and errors? We cant make it unhappened if it was wrong! If we do things like that,we couldnt have any open question about the accusated,condemmned defendant!”In dubio pro reo! (old, old latin = In doubt for the defendant )”But what is about the unequalty concerning black and white female and male rich and poor people? That is what statistics can tell: Its not equal! Than its not objective enough! Than we cant do that! Finally Im tortured and victim of mad vandalism in robberies.I realy know what hate is.But hate is not the best advisor! In my own case I couldnt be the judge.My bizeps has a strong opinion.But a state has to decide as objectively and neutraly as possible ! Who wants to spend his lifetime in prison? Who wants to be there for a decade ? Pedagogical reasons for the others as general prevention,the best argument for that cruelty is wrong as long as ! A severe prison penalty is cruel enough! More will not have any mesurable effect in standard cases.We cant strenghen the respect concerning the worth of law like life itsself of somebody else by violating and eliminateing it organized by state in the most intensive way! This is education towards violence and brutality.To reduce brutal crime we have to eliminate our acceptance of doing that in our society as an idea like we have given another worth in thinking of worlds society concerning war! We have to reduce the acceptance of a phenomenon “violence” and the phemonoenon of brute force with law by bizeps advertiseing for the better way in the name of holy gift of God! Where are the reasons for the cruel death penalty? There are no real ones ! Therefore we must be stronger and fair,winning the battle against our own hate abolishing death penalty on earth and within USA as a standard measure of law far away from millitary intensities of war.We want o live in peace Let’s educate educate societies to keep this alive.

a) Durch die moderne Medizin wurde die natürliche Selektion des geistig oder körperlich Überlebensstärkeren egalisiert
b) Die Überlegenheit in körperlicher oder geistiger Hinsicht wirkt sich nicht mehr in einer höheren Zahl von Nachkommen mit einer höheren Überlebensrate aus.
c) Tatsächlich vermehren sich sogar niedere Schichten mit durchschnittlich niedrigerer Inteligenz wesentlich stärker als die gut ausgebildete Elite.In unseren Breiten tendiert die Elite zur ein bis zwei Kind Familie.Abeiterschichten oder agrarische Strukturen zeigen dagegen ein weit intensiveres Populationsverhalten.
d) Die Verringerung der Kindersterblichkeit,die erhebliche Verlängerung des Lebens die Möglichkeit der Nachkommenschaft für jeden und die gesellschaftliche Solidarität gegenüber Alten und Kranken oder biologisch Schwächeren ist ein dem Menschsein adäquater großer kultureller Gewinn.
e) Andererseits führt gerade diese Errungenschaft langfristig zu einigen gefährlichen .Entwicklungen,auf die es auch falsche oder sehr bedenkliche Antworten gibt.
f) Zum einen nimmt das Wachstum der Erdbevölkerung die Erde bzgl.Raum,Ressourcen und Ökosystem überfordernde Dimensionen an.Die Entwicklung ist dabei immernoch weltweit exponentiell.
g) Zum anderen kommt es vermehrt zu Degenerationserscheinun gen im Erbgut bzw zu Krankheiten und Anfälligkeiten.
h) Die Evolution im Sinne einer weiteren Optimierung des Menschen durch die Natur kam zum Erliegen,sodaß die Hoffnung auf einen in der Zukunft intelligenteren besseren Menschen so unrealistisch ist
i) Lösungen wie die Verschlechterung der medizinischen Versorgung oder finanziell gestaffelte Euthanasie von zB nicht so leistungsfähigen Menschen zB Behinderten oder gar gezielte Menschenzucht sind ethisch und rechtsphilosophisch ebenso als indiskutabel abzulehnen wie etwa Gesundheitsabhängige Vermehrungsverbote,Sterilisationen,Kastrationen,oder die Gentechnologie als die nächste Generation betreffender Reperaturbetrieb ( Anmerkung: Nicht jedoch die Liebes Heirat von zwei Adäquaten Hochbegabten….)
j) Ein Weiterlaufenlassen der Entwicklung führt jedoch langfristig zu unverantwortlichen Folgen wie oben dargelegt wurde.
k) Gesucht werden also humane,sinnvolle und in jeder Hinsicht vertretbare Lösungen.
l) Es zeigt sich hierzu,daß Bildung,Wohlstand,industrielle statt agrarische Strukturen,die Verfügbarkeit von Verhütungsmitteln,verlängerte Ausbildung,Religionsto leranz statt orthodoxer Radikalität und geordnete familiäre soziale Verhältnisse zu stagnierenden,bis rückläufigen Geburtenraten führen.Andererseits führt eine Verbesserung der medizinischen Versorgung in Qualität und Quantität sowie eine bessere Ernährungslage durch Düngung und moderne intensive Landwirtschaft immernoch zu gegenläufiger Entwicklung.Daher läßt sich die Populationsentwicklung der Welt durch Export unserer modernen Zivilisation ohne Zwangsmaßnahmen etc vernünftig gestallten.Die relativ hohen Lebenshaltungs Kosten und Erziehungskosten usw für Kinder in den westlichen Industriestaaten tun hier ein Übriges.
m) Der Evolution und der Genpool Gesunderhaltung kann man im Mittel sinnvoll dadurch entsprechen,daß in Sport,Wissenschaft und Kunst… erfolgreiche Menschen besonders geehrt und dezent zB durch mit den Preisen verbundene Stipendien und Kostenübernahmen für deren Kinder durch den Staat indirekt aufgefordert werden sich am besten überproportional zu vermehren.Ein negativer ungewollter Druck auf weniger Gute auf ihre Vermehrung ganz zu verzichten läßt sich durch fehlenden Automatismus bei der staatlichen Ehrung und grundsätzliche Diskretion vermeiden.Hierdurch und durch das hierdurch leicht veränderte Denken läßt sich wohl bereits eine positive Überkompensation der negativen Effekte,wenngleich eine verlangsamte Evolution tolleriert wird erzielen ,ohne dass die Freiheit des Einzelnen im konkreten Einzellfall insbesondere des Kranken dadurch eingeschränkt ist.In Vermeidung von Peinlichkeit und allzugroßer Deutlichkeit läßt sich dies deshalb weit eher als die Gentherapie mit deren Risiken für den Genpool und unnatürlichen Menschenzuchtmißbrauchs Risiken vertreten.
