Dear general secretary United Nations Antonio Guterres ,dear UN General assembly dear cop30 at Bresil dear concerence for a UN plastic treaty as analogon to Paris treaty on CO2 climate change of 2015 :
In Germany and whole Europe you have the right to express quite clear your political opinion concerning somebody. But raceism is forbitten and crimes. It has to be a political criticism with political measures. Now I dont know….He is obviosly a a person of historical importance ( Person der Zeitsgeschichte) …Its definetly freedom of art..I will accept your decision.Thank you !
Thosedays you are negotiateing concerning a plastic ban or regulation treaty which is most important move since treaty of Paris 2015 cop21.In a few month you will try to get important results against oil and coal industry stopping global heating saveing our world in a climate which is managable for mankind and plants and animals.1,5 degrees !
Almost evry being mankind inclusvely contains a lot of plastic even in his brains now.A lot of animals in the see are dying out.In pacific ocean there is a huge isle build by plastic.Should we try to build a new continent with that ? On the other hand we could take it out of the sea…
Its true that we have to do the changes without crashing our industries. But this is only possible if we are useing time for a smooth adaptation with better technology not resisting on old techniques like char coal, diesel and otto engine cars…or airplanes .we have to move forward and not to late for egoistical reasons like Trump and his friends ignoring evrything apart from old industry ( his and his friends investments ) and his banking account….As earlier we are as less revolution as less economical crash as smoother neccessary changes with economical huge oportunities….Keep a stiff lipp.Earth must stay together resolving our biggest problems !
Global Climate Action UN Climate ChangeAt the United Nations Climate Change conference in Paris, COP 21, governments agreed that mobilizing stronger and more ambitious climate action is urgently required to achieve the goals of the Paris Agreement. Action must come from governments, cities, regions, businesses and investors. Everyone has a role to play in effectively implementing the Paris Agreement.
The Paris Agreement formally acknowledges the urgent need to scale up our global response to climate change, which supports even greater ambition from governments. The commitments from all actors are recognized in the decision text of the Paris Agreement, including those launched through the Lima–Paris Action Agenda.
COP 21
At COP 21 in Paris in 2015, it was agreed that mobilizing stronger and more ambitious climate action by all Parties and non-Party stakeholders was urgently required to achieve the goals of the Paris Agreement. In decision 1/CP.21, the commitments from all actors are recognized, including those launched through the Lima–Paris Action Agenda, as well as the urgent need to scale up the global response to climate change and support greater ambition from governments. Parties also recognized the value of having climate champions to ensure a durable connection between the Convention and the many voluntary and collaborative actions. In Paris they decided that two high-level champions shall be appointed representing the current COP Presidency and the incoming COP Presidency, turning into practice an initiative that saw climate champions from Peru, France and Morocco help pave the way for success in Paris.
Post COP 21
Since adoption of the Paris Agreement, global climate action has been encouraged and facilitated under the banner of the Marrakech Partnership for Global Climate Action, which was agreed in Morocco at COP 22 and acknowledged at subsequent Conferences of the Parties. The Partnership brings together in stakeholders working in key sectors and themes to spur enhanced climate ambition and action, and then recognizes that action, to inspire greater effort…..
My private research on plastic and CO2:
I am extremely concerned about subject of waste and apparent plastic recycling (chemical, etc.) and, more specifically, incineration. I think they should define approximately four types of packaging plastic that are single-layer and sorted by type, where no other option is possible for technical reasons plastic best choice , and mankind should ban the rest unless it consists of self-degradable plastic made from renewable materials now and not build by petrol.
Next up is COP 30 Brazil on the Paris Climate Agreement. We urgently need another agreement on plastic, etc., waste, and dumping in the oceans. In addition to certain algae, seaweed fields such as moors can apparently store or convert a great deal of CO2. Seagrass mats (lay them down!) improve flora and fauna without land loss, as is the case with rewetted moors.Protect rainforests and other forests . All four options must be done.Maybee we can take out Co2 useing technique. But I think its probably expensive and not effective enough to press it in the soil etc.I think controlled nature seeweed ,wood, certain algae are cheap and more effective. as far as I know..
I myself wanted to become a chemist until I was 16, with the biggest chemistry set (Kosmos), until I almost blew up the house I made plastic from milk oeco casein myself… Here is my research from the internet at scientiffic sources about alternative plastic materials:
Galalith is made from milk (its name comes from the Greek words gala, meaning milk, and lithos, meaning stone). It is a polymer, i.e. a material composed of many identical subunits. Galalith has similar physical properties to many plastics that have been in use since the 20th century, but it is biodegradable. Bioplastics such as galalith could help reduce the environmental impact of the production and disposal of petroleum-based plastics.
Special biodegradable polymers that can decompose under the influence of microorganisms. Examples of polymers include those made from starch, sugar cane, etc., including polylactic acid (PLA) and polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHAs).
What are bioplastics?

Mass balance approach to accelerate the use of renewable raw materials in chemical processes (January 2020)
“Bio” plastics raise false hopes
It sounds promising: so-called “bio” plastics, which are made from renewable raw materials and simply rot away instead of polluting nature. Unfortunately, however, such biodegradable or “bio-based” plastics are not automatically sustainable.
The “bio” label is often misused as a marketing strategy and raises false expectations among consumers. “Bio” plastics are currently only a pseudo-solution to the plastic crisis. The first goal in response to the plastic crisis is and remains the avoidance of unnecessary
The primary goal in response to the plastic crisis is and remains the avoidance of unnecessary plastic applications, especially in the packaging and disposable sectors.
From the perspective of BUND, the often heated debate about the use and potential advantages of “bio” plastics mainly distracts from the necessary restructuring of the packaging and plastics sectors in general. The focus should be on using much less plastic overall and recycling with as little loss as possible.
Bio-based plastics? Land is limited!
Let’s take a closer look at the bio-plastic bag: it is often made from renewable raw materials such as corn starch. The term “renewable raw materials” conjures up the illusion that these are unlimited resources. This is a misconception. The production of plant-based raw materials consumes soil, fertilizer, and often pesticides.
On the one hand, there is a risk of competition for land with food production and, on the other hand, the conversion of extensively used land to intensively used land. Disposable tableware, for example, is often made from sugar cane. Given the current high demand and unfair land distribution in Brazil, its cultivation is leading to a wave of conversions of former cattle pastures into intensively used monocultures by a few large corporations. This has serious negative consequences for the indigenous population, the local environment, and the climate.
Biodegradable plastics? Composting is disposal!
Furthermore, a considerable amount of energy is required to produce “bio” plastic bags, for example. This energy is completely lost during composting. No plant nutrients are produced either. Decomposition is therefore purely a form of disposal. “Bio” plastic also leads to the continuous production of new disposable products.
In addition, “bio” plastic bags are not actually composted in practice because they take too long to decompose in composting plants. In organic waste, they are almost indistinguishable from conventional plastic bags, so they are sorted out and incinerated. This is absolutely not “bio,” but rather a destruction of resources and a waste of energy. Furthermore, the existing standards for the degradation of biodegradable plastics tolerate residual microplastic particles and do not sufficiently take into account the possible negative toxicological effects of the chemicals they contain on humans and the environment.
Similar poor ecological balance to conventional plastic
In principle, today’s bio-based plastics do not have a better ecological balance than conventional plastics. “Bio” plastics contain just as many unknown and sometimes harmful chemicals as conventional plastics, meaning that composting or general littering in the environment poses risks to humans and the environment.
There is currently no material recycling for chemically novel “bio” plastics, as this is not profitable. Manufacturers should therefore limit themselves to a few different types in the future. Chemically identical “drop-in polymers” can already be recycled in plants today.
Single-use plastic stands for a throwaway culture – a rethink is needed!
Half of all “bio” plastic production is used for disposable packaging – so there’s a lot of potential for savings here. The idea that “bio” plastic can simply be thrown away because it will rot anyway promotes a throwaway and wasteful culture. However, waste prevention and environmental protection begin with avoiding unnecessary products and packaging.
For high-quality, durable applications where the use of plastics makes sense, “bio” plastics can be a good alternative. Otherwise, the following applies, especially to packaging: Only uniform reusable and “unpackaged” products represent real climate and resource protection.
In addition our European Supply chain law etc from the Internet:
The EU Supply Chain Act, officially known as the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD), requires companies to respect human rights and environmental standards in their global supply chains and to prevent harm. It aims to ensure that companies are held accountable for violations of these standards, even if they occur in their supply chains abroad.
Key aspects of the EU Supply Chain Act:
Scope:
The law will be introduced in stages and will apply to companies with more than 1,000 employees and annual revenues exceeding €450 million from 2032 onwards.
Due diligence obligations:
Companies must identify and mitigate risks in their supply chains, comply with human rights and environmental standards, introduce grievance procedures, and report on sustainability.
Climate protection:
Companies must draw up plans to bring their business model into line with the Paris Climate Agreement and strive for climate neutrality.
Liability:
Companies can be held civilly liable for violations of due diligence obligations and may be required to pay damages.
Enforcement:
The European Union will establish supervisory authorities to monitor compliance with the law and impose sanctions.
there are differences from the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG).
Oliver Frederic Dieck : Last but not least my personal adds : In Bavaria Germany old version is to eat quality flesh most of the time more eccological porc or chicken at the weekend.Especially in Vienna and Austria but also in Bavaria we have „Mehlspeisen “ I cant translate this Try it : Knoedel with Steinpilz,Millirahmstrudel,Apfelstrudel,Auszogene,Schupfnudeln,Pancake,Dampfnudel etc etc.It tastes verry well…During the week there are vegetables apart from Spargel Aspargus.and noodles. And at Friday there is fish ! Its not neccessary to eat Fenchel witch makes more boobs even for men or Tofu.On the other hand a lot of regions on earth have other problems. They want to eat to stay alive.Weakend is haveing enough to eat….we must help ! But developed part of earth in peace probably you can behave more reasonable within your traditions too. Honorable Prof Anders Levermann Pik Potsdam Germany and member of the UN climate council is right with his book Faltung der Welt.Behind him Prof Hans Joachim Schellnhuber ,Prof Stefan Rahmsdorf ,Ottmar Endenhofer PIk Director and Itamar Procadccia etc is right in his differenced pedagogical discussion. But even if I have read some hints : In short range we can respect some rules more with growth and prosperity in deed. But in the long range on one earth we must rethink the system changeing to a recycle system without necessity of huge growth for revenue and financement of efforts in my view and this is not easy.Maybee we can alter the system to repair earth and its resources with changed system witch needs less growth with more result effect.Today its the same. Growth is progress and economical wealth.A structural problem…in the long run as far as I can get.Who can resolve this problem deserves the nobel price for economy which comes not by Alfred Nobel but by Americans each year given to Americans…neutrally.Keep a stiff lipp. Luisa Neubauer of Fridays for future ( and others female equalty terrorists inclusively ) : Im completelly normal genius of the century in several fields goodlooking especially approximatelly 20 years younger for biological pure natural reasons searching for a beautiful wife for familly. Not evrybody is trans or gay. Please dont fool your friends .Inside of my woman there is absolutelly no nightmare like Donald Trump for a while.Im at home at her……
We need the new tool ECOCIDE in international criminal court to save the world concerning ecological bandits if its CO2 ,plastic or else.Do it !
