Oliver-Frederic Dieck / Germany : First of all: Im German born in Munich,prefering ruling SPD middle left democrats and Europe as my home.I can understand that Russia is protecting their nuclear force and Navy at Krim.And I can understand that Russia reacts to our NATO shift of power state by state on former Warshow Pact states like we do with their acitities shifting 130.000 soldiers to the Ukraine border.Its quite reasonable.What is your intention with that.A manouvre only ? Will we see a war ? I know the Americans didnt want the Gorbatchew style anymore cause Europe is much more neutral then interested in peaceful developement of our neighboor without ideological discussions of cold war.And now they got KGB Putin restorateing old power.In fact we need a new detention eara like Egon Bahr Willy Brant and Helmut Schmidt all SPD did in the 70s and 80s leading finally to Gorbatchew.Russia was delivering gas in worst times and they payed their United Nations bill evry time.The new pipeline should exclude our security concerning energy from Ukraine Russia conflict etc.And it is a common enterprise to stabilise peace.I hope that Russia knows that they would loose muche more than we if they are risking that by occupieing Ukraine.In war this makes no sense anymore and it cant be anymore.Then we cant use this till we return to normal relations.I would say we do without any automatism almost the same on activity level stressing that we want detention and no escalation respecting their words and their acting.Its not the time to use strong escalation wordsKeep calm not stupid.We need rules respected by all not unilateralism.I advised to add treaties concerning new NATO members excluding any aggressive use against Russia but not defensive protection by NATO respecting fears in former Warshow pact states.I hope that this could lead to more reason anmd detention in Russian behavior returning to that way man of the dacade Gorbatchew has begun.Wealth and peaceful developement for all ,war for nobody.Not more weapons than neccessary on both sides .No waste of wealth for weapons.With Corona and the ecological problem we have enough real problems on earth.No mutual deterrence to earth.Detention is the key.keeping all of us alive. Peace is a win of culture.
