Therefore in addition most important on this UN treaty on plastics :

Plastic made out of oil thosedays is quite often best technical solution.Sometimes for environment too.For better technical solutions we have maybee a little bit time.But

We need immidiatelly forbitting of car plastic tires.We need a law requesting car tires made of natural redegradable plastic,cause all that goes into the sea and our nature….

We need immiditally forbitting to do plastic combustion plant or into the sea.It must be a duty for chemical or physical recycling .

To do recycling we cant have those plastic inventions in several layers wich cant be recycled.It has to be a plan for recycling if it is on market to get admission.

This is what nature and earth requests immidiatelly as first step

In addition I propose partial autonomie in those parts of Ukraine witch are concerning people and culture russian in majority based on situation before of war aggression.

Apart from that Russia should withdraw and Ukraine remains free Ukraine.

Maybee a delay of Nato entry of Ukraine would be a good idea to to make it real.
