Further I checked my university a few years old books on Geography and Meterology…Sometimes I have to sleep sorry…Much more work.Result for you : 28% of the energy of the sun is sent back in space by clouds,22% is absorbed by athmosphere of earth.Rest of the energy is reaching earth soil.Small waves / energy light are setting molecules in movement.This is heating.This makes soil and water warmer.Higher temperature is more energy as stormes and more water in athmosphere.86% of water in the atmosphere comes out of the sea only 14% is comeing from the continents.But 22% of the water in athmosphere is pouring down etc on the continents for physical reasons especially mountains.Therefore continents get more and more water.Therefore we have theese floods now and more and more incredible storms.Water as clouds in athmosphere and other gasses like co2 are isolateing world concerning long wave emmission back to space.Methane gas CH4 is 3 times as effective as Co2 resulting by cows as fart and other animals.In Sibiria / Russia and probably in Greenland a huge amount of Methane gas CH4 is frozen in the soil as permafrost.With higher temerature it comres to the atmosphere as most intensive climate gas stopping other frequenzies of energy .Without that heat would leave earth as long waves energy.This is global warming in a nutshell.( Books : Meteorologie / Hans Häckel : Geographie / Gebhardt,Glaser,Radtke,Reuber,Vött )

Global warming 1,5 degrees more : We must act cause there are tipping points in weather and ecosystems.We have a severe biodiversity loss to the max and we have climate change in dangerous intesity.Apart from that Nitrogen cycle is out if scale and maybee aerosol loading of athmosphere and chemical polution too.Problem with tipping points is its an estimation based on climate models of different complexity and relation to truth behavior of weather and other systems.We run computer simulations testing and optimizeing it.But its not static its dynamic with interdependencies we dont know thosedays.We know we are on save ground cause we are surviveing.A scienfific estimation where danger begins is reducing uncertainity hopeing that we know enough avoiding cathstrophe.We have to be cautious enough. Without measures we are heading for 5 degrees more.5 degrees less was iceage.In that time the sea was 100 meter lower ! This change was in thousands of years therefore we could adapt and nature.Starting 100 years ago Co2 climate gas is exploding after millions of years of continuity with variations.Main source of Co2 is fossil fuel and coal.We must stop use for energy production / burning.Apart from that we need this for chemistry.

New : Cause Methane gas CH4 is 3 times more effective / dangerous as Co2 but away in about 10 years in athomosphere this is a second important lever to change situation dynamically.Therefore I propose a second tax on methan polution severe punishment and whole co2 management as analogon inclusively.This could be a game changer…

I think its a good idea to try to filter out riseing methan gasses for different use in big animal farms if they are not outside to filter / waiting / easy methodes what they produce before you put it on the fields forced by international law.Maybee this can reduce the amout of Methan polution by agriculture effectively with acceptable costs.

Faceing climate cathastrophees its not acceptable to use ineffective and dirty fracking and brown coal at least.Its more or less a crime.On the other hand I know that in East Germany for example people are requesting alternative jobs voteing for dullhead Nazi climate ignorants otherwise.First you have to create other possibilities of acceptable income in brown coal regions as far as I can see…
